The Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve is a precision-engineered flow control device used to regulate, isolate, or throttle fluid flow in a wide range of industrial and sanitary applications. Its simple yet effective quarter-turn design features a rotating disc mounted on a central shaft, allowing for fast and reliable shut-off with minimal pressure drop.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel (commonly 304 or 316), this valve offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and hygiene—making it suitable for demanding environments such as food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, dairy, cosmetics, breweries, water treatment, and chemical industries.

The valve body is designed with smooth, crevice-free surfaces, and may be optionally electropolished for enhanced cleanliness and reduced bacterial retention in sanitary systems. The butterfly disc can be operated manually with a lever handle or integrated with pneumatic or electric actuators for automated control.
